Description
NC7SZ125P5 Overview
The Surface Mount technology has become the standard for electronic packaging since its introduction in the late 1960s. One popular packaging method is Cut Tape (CT), where the components are placed on a continuous strip of tape with perforations between each component. This method allows for easy handling and storage of the components. In 2008, a new component was published using this packaging method. It has a Moisture Sensitivity Level (MSL) of 1, which means it has unlimited exposure time to moisture without any damage. This component has 5 terminations and operates at a supply voltage of 1.8V. It also has 1 channel, 1 output line, and a propagation delay and turn on delay time of 15.6 ns.

The NC7SZ125 is a single buffer with 3-STATE output from Fairchild's Ultra High Speed Series of Tiny Logic c^. The device is fabricated with advanced CMOS technology to achieve ultra high speed with high output drive while main-taining low static power dissipation over a very broad V CCoperating range. The device is specified to operate over the 1.65V to 5.5V range. The inputs and output are high impedance above ground when V CC is 0V. Inputs tolerate voltages up to 6V indepen-dent of V CC operating voltage. The output tolerates volt-ages above V CC when in the 3-STATE condition.
