MIC5310-SFYML-TR Overview
In a Tape & Reel (TR) case, the IC voltage regulator is delivered. A 8-VFDFN Exposed Pad, 8-MLF® case contains the Liner IC. This PMIC chip has an output type of Fixed. In this electrical part, there are 2 regulators that are implemented. Voltage Regulated IC Surface Mount varies its operating temperature range. The IC Voltage Regulator's operating temperature is -40°C~125°C degrees. Currently, this regulator IC has an output function configured as Positive as its output function. The current output of this IC regulator is 150mA 150mA. There is a 10 volt dropout voltage on this transistor. A 8-pin is present on the chip.
