Description
MCP9800A5T-M/OT Overview
These analog sensors are packaged in the Tape & Reel (TR) for safety protection. The analog sensors are put into SC-74A, SOT-753 packages to protect the devices from damage. This sensor has 5 pins for proper operation. There are 5 terminations in this electronic part. The current supplied by the analog sensors could be 200μA when it operates. The maximum voltage supplied by this sensor should be 5.5V in the DC circuit. But the minimum voltage supplied by this magnetic switch can be 2.7V in the DC circuit. The analog sensors could supply 4.5V voltage when it operates. The sensor's current output should generally be 200μA for optimum performance.
