MCP1525T-I/TT Overview
An easy-to-use TO-236-3, SC-59, SOT-23-3 package is used.The handy Series package is used in this program.This program uses the handy Tape & Reel (TR) package.Various terminations with 3.For precise voltage reference, use ±1% tolerance.There is an analog IC coupled to the reference voltage THREE TERMINAL VOLTAGE REFERENCE.As a result, it outputs 2.5V voltage.1 outputs are sufficient.Input can be entered into Fixed forms.The voltage reference ic has 3 pins.The reflow soldering temperature should not exceed 260.In the voltage reference ic, there are 3 pins.The PCB design can be made more demanding by using Surface Mount.Worked within -40°C~85°C TA.In various applications, the voltage reference circuit is used as a type Voltage References.You can find other relevant parts by searching "MCP1525".For applications with 2mA inputs, the reference voltage is suitable.Surface Mount applications are compatible with the voltage reference.A voltage reference ic's output current cannot exceed 20mA.For high-quality communication, there are 1 channels available.2.5V is its maximum output voltage.It is not possible for the voltage reference ic to output a voltage lower than 2.475V.Due to the fact that the maximum input voltage of the part is 5.5V, users are recommended to limit the voltage accordingly.A voltage of 5V is required for its operation.An input voltage of 2.7V~5.5V is common for the voltage reference ic.As long as the voltage reference circuit is idle, 100μA is used.In order to operate it, 120μA is the supply current.The voltage reference ic contains Substances of Very High Concern (SVHC)?Voltage reference that outputs 2.5V regardless of external conditions.It requires at least 2.7V voltage to get the voltage reference ic to run, according to the record.It is possible for parts to be damaged when the current exceeds 100μA.
