MAX640ESA Overview
A Tube package is used in this voltage regulator to optimize performance. In this voltage regulator, 8 terminations are present. A SWITCHING REGULATOR analog IC is used in this voltage regulator 12v, which is the type of analog IC that this voltage regulator 12v is equipped with. In order to save space, this voltage regulator is packaged in the 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package. 1 outputs of voltage regulator are configured. Adjustable (Fixed) outputs are generated on the output pins of this adjusting voltage regulator. A voltage regulator 12v such as this one fits the Surface Mount mounting bracket. Keeping dc to dc voltage regulator's operating temperature at -40°C~85°C TA is essential when operating. Voltage regulators like this one can operate at least with 4V as the dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage. It is evident from the table below that adjusting voltage regulator's output voltage (Min/Fixed) is equal to 1.3V 3.3V. This voltage regulator 12v features maximum design flexibility thanks to its 225mA output current. As far as the voltage input is concerned, DC DC switching regulator can accept up to 11.5V.
