Description
The MAX11960 is a 20-bit, 1Msps, dual simultaneous sampling, fully differential SAR ADC with internal reference buffers. It offers excellent static and dynamic performance with ultra-low power consumption that scales with throughput. The device has a unipolar differential ±VREF input range and communicates data using a SPI-compatible serial interface.
