LT1461DHS8-5#PBF Overview
The reference voltage makes use of a handy 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package.This program utilizes the handy Series package.The reference voltage is enclosed in the Tube external packaging.8 terminations with various functions.±0.15% tolerance for precise voltage reference.THREE TERMINAL VOLTAGE REFERENCE analog IC is coupled with the reference voltage.It outputs 5V voltage according to the test statistics.It is sufficient to generate 1 outputs. It can handle Fixed output (s).The voltage reference ic includes 8 pins.Reflow soldering should be performed at a temperature of 260.8 pins are settled in the voltage reference ic.Surface Mount is available for demanding PCB design.Qualified to work within -40°C~125°C TA.As a type of Voltage References, the voltage reference circuit is used in various applications.Other relevant parts can be found by searching "LT1461".It is suitable for 100mA input applications.It is appropriate for Surface Mount applications.As per the datasheet, the voltage reference ic can output 5V voltage at its maximum.The lowest voltage output from the voltage reference ic is 5V lower than 5V.It requires a 7.5V supply voltage.Commonly, the voltage reference ic can supply a 5.5V~20V voltage input.The voltage reference circuit uses 50μA when it is idle.It runs on 70μA supply current.Does the voltage reference ic contain Substances of Very High Concern (SVHC)? The answer is No SVHC.This voltage reference can output a voltage of 5V regardless of variations in external conditions.In terms of maximum supply voltage, it is rated 20V.The voltage needed to power it should be at least 5.5V.
