Description
L6398DTR Overview
We are pleased to announce that our product is currently in Active status, ensuring its availability for purchase. With a Moisture Sensitivity Level (MSL) of 3 (168 Hours), our product is designed to withstand moderate levels of moisture exposure for up to 168 hours. The Supply Voltage of 15V and Output Current of 290mA make it suitable for a variety of applications. The Input Type can be configured as either Inverting or Non-Inverting, providing flexibility in design. With a Rise Time of 120ns and Turn-Off Delay Time of 200ns, our product offers fast and efficient performance. The Rise/Fall Time (Typ) of 75ns/35ns and Logic Voltage - VIL, VIH of 1.1V/1.9V further enhance its reliability. Please note that our product is not radiation hardened.
