KBU1002 Overview
In this device, the forward voltage is 10A.Bridge rectifier is a type of electronic component that is available in a 4-SIP, KBU package.A monitoring should be done of the reverse leakage current and it should not be allowed to exceed zero.Bridge rectifier is mounted using the Surface Mount method.Temperatures below -55°C~150°C TJ ensure normal operation.Monitoring surge current and not allowing it to exceed 300A is essential.Powering this device is provided by a reverse voltage peak of 10A.
