ISL97516IUZ Overview
During the development of this harley voltage regulator, 8 terminations were made. There are two types of analog ICs on this voltage regulator. The first type is a SWITCHING REGULATOR-type IC. There is a MSOP package available for this voltage regulator, as DC DC switching regulator is space-saving. 1 outputs of voltage regulator are configured. On its output pins, this adjusting voltage regulator generates Adjustable output. A DC-DC switching regulator of this type operates at a switching frequency of 1.2MHz. The output current of 1A makes dc to dc voltage regulator feature maximum design flexibility. As a result of the 260 peak reflow temperature, this regulator is essentially indestructible. The voltage regulator 12v is designed to provide a nominal input voltage of 3.3V for operation. This voltage regulator is included in the Switching Regulator or Controllers subcategory. To operate the voltage regulator 12v, 8 pins are required. A maximum output current of 1A A is provided to meet the switching regulator operation requirements. With 5.5V as the supply voltage, this DC-DC switching regulator will operate. The high-limit maximum operating temperature 85°C allows harley voltage regulator stable operation. A minimum operating temperature of -40°C is required to ensure harley voltage regulator's reliability.
