Description
IR2106 Overview
The IR2106, published in 1996, is a high-performance independent channel type driver. With a turn on time of 0.3 µs, this driver provides fast and efficient switching for various applications. The peak reflow temperature and reflow temperature-max are not specified, allowing for flexibility in manufacturing processes. The high side driver feature enables the use of a bootstrap circuit, with a maximum voltage of 600V. Measuring at a length of 9.88mm, this product offers compact and space-saving design.
