Description
The FAN7383 is a half-bridge gate-drive IC designed for driving MOSFETs and IGBTs in high-voltage applications up to 600V. It features a floating channel for bootstrap operation, allowing for stable operation of high-side drivers under high dv/dt noise conditions. The extended allowable negative Vs swing to -9.8V enables signal propagation at VDD-Ves-15V. The IC incorporates built-in UVLO functions for both channels to prevent malfunctions at low supply voltages. Additionally, it includes a common-mode dv/dt noise canceling circuit and a programmable turn-on delay time control for dead-time adjustment.
