EPM7064AELC44-10 Overview
This product is designed for surface mount installation and can operate within a temperature range of 0°C to 70°C. It is packaged in a tray and meets the JESD-609 code e0 standard. The terminal finish is made of tin/lead (Sn/Pb) and the supply voltage is 3.3V. It can be powered by 2.5V or 3.3V and is programmable through in system programming. It has 64 macro cells and 4 logic elements/blocks.
