Description
EPC4QC100 Overview
FPGA uses a nice 100-BQFP package that makes FPGA easy to use.Packaging outside of Tray.0°C~70°C license holder.In System Programmable is the program that allows it to be programmed.This device is fed with a voltage of 3V~3.6V which is applied to it.The memory device is mounted in the Surface Mount position.The size of data storage is limited to 4MB.Search "EPC4" for related parts.The supply voltage is 3.3V.Various functions can be applied to 100 terminations.FPGA is possible to use this memory device at a maximum voltage of 3.6V.3V must be the minimum voltage supplied to the device.The memory chip in this picture is called a CONFIGURATION MEMORY memory chip.When soldering in reflow mode, the temperature should be kept below 220 at all times during the soldering process.This memory transmit data in the PARALLEL process way.An operating voltage of 0.09mA is allowed for the memory chip.Speaking of speed, this is a memory IC that can work at a 66.7MHz frequency.3.3V power supplies are recommended.Memory is one of the EPC series devices.As a matter of fact, it is a type of Flash Memories.
