Description
DG408CUE Overview
This product is packaged in a 16-TSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width) case and can withstand a peak reflow temperature of 260 degrees Celsius. It operates with a supply voltage of 15V and can function as both a dual and single supply. The multiplexer/demultiplexer circuit has an 8:1 ratio and the channel capacitance ranges from 3pF to 26pF for CS(off) and CD(off) respectively. The on-state resistance match is 1.5Ohm and the charge injection is 2pC. The length of the product is 5mm and it is not radiation hardened.
