CY2309CZXI-1HT Overview
Clock ICs are packaged using the Tape & Reel (TR) method. The 16-TSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width) package includes this clock generator. The peak reflow temperature (Cel) amounts to 260 to be essentially indestructible. In it, there are 16 terminations to be found. The clock generator ic should be grounded with a voltage of 3.3V. This Clock PLL will be fed by LVCMOS, LVTTL as its input. An implementation of 1 circuits is required in order to fully utili1e the capabilities of the electrical part. It provides a maximum frequency of 133.33MHz. Thanks to the Surface Mount, this electric component can be conveniently installed on the panel.
