CY2308SXC-2T Overview
The Tape & Reel (TR) method is used for packaging clock ICs. This clock generator is embedded in the 16-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package. This clock generator ic can sustain a maximum temperature of 260 during reflowing. It contains a total of 16 terminations within RF synthesizer. The clock generator ic should be grounded with a voltage of 3.3V. As the Clock PLL's input, LVCMOS, LVTTL is designed to be used in order to generate the clock signal. An implementation of 1 circuits is required in order to fully utili1e the capabilities of the electrical part. The frequency generator has a maximum frequency of 133.3MHz. The Surface Mount allows this electrical component to be easily installed on the panel. The maximal supply voltage (Vsup) reaches 3.6V.
