Overview
Description
The BTM7810K is a TrilithIC device that combines three dies into a single package: one double high-side switch and two low-side switches. The drains of these three vertical DMOS chips are mounted on separate lead frames, while the sources are connected to individual pins. This allows the BTM7810K to be used in H-bridge or any other configuration. The double high-side switch is manufactured using SMART SIPMOS technology, which combines low RDS ON vertical DMOS power stages with CMOS circuitry for control, protection, and diagnosis. The low-side switches are manufactured using S-FET logic level technology to achieve low RDS ON and fast switching performance.
