Description
The ADS8383 is an 18-bit, 500 kHz analog-to-digital converter (ADC) with a parallel interface. It features a capacitor-based SAR ADC with inherent sample and hold, offering a full 18-bit interface, a 16-bit option with two read cycles, or an 8-bit option with three read cycles. The device includes an onboard reference buffer and operates with a wide digital supply range.
