ADE7878ACPZ Overview
Trayipped up in a box. This package has the 40-WFQFN Exposed Pad, CSP extension. It is also capable of being used as a 3 Phase meter. Surface Mount is available for purchase. Extended operating temperature at -40°C~85°C. There is a 2.8V~3.7V power supply used in this device. More similar parts can be found by searching ADE7878. In its low-level I/O ports, this PMIC has a voltage of 0.4V 0.8V. It presents a voltage of 2V 2.4V for high-level I/Os. Parts of the part are terminated with 40 wires. An analog ANALOG CIRCUIT IC for PMICs. The normal voltage required for this part is 3.3V. There is a need for users to be aware that this device can be operated only with a voltage level of 2.4V or higher. As far as the maximum voltage that will be applied to the device is concerned, it should be kept below 3.7V. Joined 40 pins are present. This is a logic gate solution based on 40 technology. It is designed as a Surface Mount device for easy install and dismount. There is a Other Analog ICs for specialized needs in this case.
