ADE7816ACPZ Overview
In Tray package. It is packaged in the 40-WFQFN Exposed Pad, CSP format. A Single Phase meter can be used with it as well. This item is available in Surface Mount. It is possible to achieve higher operational temperatures at -40°C~85°C. The unit is powered by a 3V~3.6V power supply. More similar parts can be found by searching ADE7816. The PMIC comes equipped with low-level I/O ports that have a voltage of 0.4V 0.8V. For high-level I/Os, this device presents a voltage of 2V 2.4V. There are 40 terminations on the part. The PMIC analog ANALOG CIRCUIT IC is a powerful and versatile device. Normal volatge needed for the part is 3.3V. In order to operate this device, it needs a voltage of 3V or higher. It is recommended to keep the maximum voltage to the device below 3.6V. The pins are joined by 40 pins. This is a 40 solution for logic gate applications. It is designed as a Surface Mount device for easy install and dismount. The maximum supply current is recommended to be set at 25mA in order to make sure the PMIC keeps running normally.
