The ADC12L063 is a 12-bit, 62 MSPS analog-to-digital converter (ADC) with an internal sample-and-hold circuit. It operates on a single 3.3V power supply and consumes 354 mW at 62 MSPS. The ADC12L063 has a differential input range of ±VREF and a single-ended input range of 0 to VREF. The output data format is 12-bit offset binary.
