The 292-BGA Exposed Pad package is equipped with a Tin/Silver (Sn/Ag) terminal finish and BALL terminal form. It requires a minimum supply voltage of 1.8V and operates as a single supply type with an internal reference. The maximum linearity error is 0.177% and the output format is PARALLEL, WORD. The thickness of the package is 2.38mm and it is not radiation hardened.
