Description
AD9628BCPZ-125 Overview
This product features a 64-VFQFN exposed pad package, also known as a chip-scale package (CSP). It has an operating temperature range of -40°C to 85°C and a maximum reflow temperature of 30 seconds. Currently, this product has not yet been qualified. The interface is LVDS (low-voltage differential signaling) and it supports both external and internal reference types. The data interface is LVDS-parallel, providing a high-speed and low-power solution for data transfer. With an integral nonlinearity (INL) of 0.75 LSB and a differential nonlinearity of 0.6 LSB, this product offers high accuracy in data conversion. Its maximum conversion time is 0.008μs, making it a reliable and efficient choice for various applications.
