Description
The AD9626 is a 12-bit, high-performance analog-to-digital converter (ADC) designed for wideband carrier and broadband systems. It operates at conversion rates up to 250 MSPS and features excellent dynamic performance, including a signal-to-noise ratio (SNR) of 64.8 dBFS at 70 MHz input frequency and an effective number of bits (ENOB) of 10.5 at 70 MHz input frequency (-1.0 dBFS).
The AD9626 incorporates a track-and-hold (T/H) and voltage reference on-chip, providing a complete signal conversion solution. It requires a 1.8 V analog voltage supply and a differential clock for full performance operation. The digital outputs are CMOS compatible and support various data formats, including offset binary, twos complement, and Gray code. A data clock output is also available for proper output data timing.
