Description
The AD9481 is an 8-bit, 250 MSPS analog-to-digital converter (ADC) designed for high speed and low power consumption. It operates on a single 3.3 V supply and features an internal reference and track-and-hold circuit, eliminating the need for external components. The AD9481 offers excellent linearity with a DNL of ±0.35 LSB and an INL of ±0.26 LSB. It has a power dissipation of 439 mW at 250 MSPS and includes a power-down mode that reduces consumption to 15 mW.
