Description
The AD7226 is a quad 8-bit digital-to-analog converter (DAC) with output buffer amplifiers and interface logic integrated on a single chip. It features:
Four 8-bit DACs with output amplifiers
Separate on-chip latches for each DAC
Common 8-bit TTL/CMOS compatible input port
Control inputs to select which DAC is loaded
Control logic compatible with most 8-bit microprocessors
Output buffer amplifiers capable of driving up to 5 mA of output current
Laser-trimmed amplifier offsets, eliminating the need for offset nulling
Guaranteed performance for reference voltages from 2 V to 12.5 V with dual supplies
Single supply operation possible at a reference of 10 V
Fabricated in a high-speed Linear Compatible CMOS (LC-MOS) process
