The AD586 is a high-precision 5 V voltage reference that offers exceptional performance at a low cost. It utilizes a proprietary ion-implanted buried Zener diode and laser-trimmed thin-film resistors to achieve high accuracy and stability. The AD586 is available in various temperature ranges and packages, making it suitable for a wide range of applications.
