Description
The AD574A is a complete 12-bit analog-to-digital converter (ADC) with an integrated voltage reference and clock. It features a 3-state output buffer for direct interface with 8- or 16-bit microprocessors. The device guarantees full performance without external circuitry or clock signals.

12.5 ppm/°C max (AD574AU)
Ceramic DIP, plastic DIP, or PLCC package
Available in higher speed, pinout-compatible versions:
