AD5410AREZ Overview
There are two packages that contain it: 24-TSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width) Exposed Pad package and X package. 15V volts power it. Other Converters family FPGA part. Using a Surface Mount connector, you can mount this FPGA module on the development board. While operating, the operating temperature should be kept within a range of -40°C~85°C. It is designed to maximiTubee space efficiency by containing the FPGA model in Tube. The total number of terminations is 24. Parts related to this part can be found using its base part number AD5410.
