Description
The 83905 is a low skew, 1:6 LVCMOS/LVTTL Fanout Buffer. It features six LVCMOS/LVTTL outputs that can drive up to 12 series terminated lines. The crystal oscillator interface supports input frequencies from 10MHz to 40MHz, with an output skew of 80ps (maximum) and RMS phase jitter of 0.26ps (typical) at 25MHz. The 83905 operates in full 3.3V, 2.5V, 1.8V, mixed 3.3V/2.5V, 3.3V/1.8V, and 2.5V/1.8V output operating supply modes. It has 5V tolerant enable inputs and synchronous output enables. The 83905 is available in 20lead VFQFN, 16lead SOIC, and 16lead TSSOP packages.
