Description
The 83905 is a low skew, 1:6 LVCMOS/LVTTL Fanout Buffer. It features six LVCMOS/LVTTL outputs that can drive 12 series terminated lines. The crystal oscillator interface supports a crystal input frequency range of 10MHz to 40MHz, with an output skew of 80ps (maximum) and RMS phase jitter of 0.26ps (typical) at 25MHz. The 83905 is characterized at full 3.3V, 2.5V, and 1.8V, mixed 3.3V/2.5V, 3.3V/1.8V, and 2.5V/1.8V output operating supply modes. It has 100kHz, 5V tolerant enable inputs and synchronous output enables. The 83905 operates in an ambient temperature range of 0°C to 70°C and is available in leadfree (RoHS 6) packaging.
