LT1031BCH Overview
The reference voltage makes use of a handy TO-205AD, TO-39-3 Metal Can package.This program utilizes the handy Series, Shunt, Buried Zener package.The reference voltage is enclosed in the Bulk external packaging.3 terminations with various functions.±0.05% tolerance for precise voltage reference.THREE TERMINAL VOLTAGE REFERENCE analog IC is coupled with the reference voltage.It outputs 10V voltage according to the test statistics.It is sufficient to generate 1 outputs. It can handle Fixed output (s).The voltage reference ic includes 3 pins.Reflow soldering should be performed at a temperature of NOT SPECIFIED.Through Hole is available for demanding PCB design.Qualified to work within 0°C~70°C TA.As a type of Voltage References, the voltage reference circuit is used in various applications.Other relevant parts can be found by searching "LT1031".It is suitable for 10mA input applications.Generally, 1.5mA is what its cathode current should be.It requires a 15V supply voltage.A minimum voltage of 11.4V is required to supply it.Commonly, the voltage reference ic can supply a 11V~40V voltage input.A fixed/minimum voltage of 10V is generated.2mA is the supply current it uses to operate.The greatest voltage output from the voltage reference ic is tested 10.005V.
