LT1027DCH-5 Overview
The reference voltage makes use of a handy TO-205-8, TO-5-8 Metal Can package.The reference voltage is enclosed in the Bulk external packaging.8 terminations with various functions.THREE TERMINAL VOLTAGE REFERENCE analog IC is coupled with the reference voltage.It outputs 5V voltage according to the test statistics.It is sufficient to generate 1 outputs. The voltage reference ic includes 8 pins.Reflow soldering should be performed at a temperature of NOT SPECIFIED.Through Hole is available for demanding PCB design.As a type of Voltage References, the voltage reference circuit is used in various applications.Other relevant parts can be found by searching "LT1027-5".It requires a 10V supply voltage.A minimum voltage of 8V is required to supply it.The greatest voltage output from the voltage reference ic is tested 5.0025V.The voltage reference circuit outputs a voltage 4.9975V less than 4.9975V.The maximum in-accuracy the voltage reference circuit holds is 0.05%.It has OUTPUT ADJUST RANGE IS /-0.05V to better fulfill the purpose.It has a maximum ambient temperature of 70°C.
