DS1814AR-10 T&R Overview
Tape & Reel (TR)-packaging is used. The purpose of this IC power is to provide you with a reference of SC-74A, SOT-753 functions. There are a lot of similarities between this IC power and other Simple Reset/Power-On Reset products. When a supply voltage of 1 is applied to the power ic, it conducts. During normal operation, this power managment ic can generate Push-Pull, Totem Pole of output voltage. For this power management, there is an 15μA volt supply current. To find similar IC managements from the manufacturer, you can always search by DS1814. The maximum supply temperature voltage supervisor can handle is 15μA. As you can see, this IC power comes from the well-known MicroMonitor™ series of products.
