CS20-22MOF1 Overview
It is important for a normal operation of the device that the RMS on-state current be maintained under 28.26A.Repetitive peak off-state voltage is the maximum peak voltage allowed across the device, and the repetitive peak off-state voltage of this device is 2200V. The holding current (hypostatic) for electrical, electromagnetic, and electronic devices is the minimum current which must pass through a circuit in order for it to remain in the 'ON' state, and its current can be 150mA.Leakage current can be an indicator of the effectiveness of insulation on conductors,and its maximal leakage current can be 0.05mA.
