As this regulator voltage is equipped with an analog IC of the type SWITCHING CONTROLLER, it is a SWITCHING CONTROLLER-type voltage regulator. For space-saving purposes, this voltage regulator is available in the 36-VFQFN Exposed Pad package. A total of 1 outputs are configured in this voltage regulator. On the output pins of this DC DC switching regulator, there is a Programmable output generated. Surface Mount-mount switching regulator. -40°C~125°C TJ should be the operating temperature when voltage regulator is operating. Voltage regulator's switching frequency reaches 200kHz~2MHz. The voltage regulator can be operated with a voltage as low as 4.5V as an input voltage. According to the table below, DC DC switching regulator's output voltage (Min/Fixed) is equal to 0.6V. DC DC switching regulator's 3A output current allows for maximum design flexibility. Voltage regulators' input voltage is limited to 14V.
