Description
The XC61H series is a highly accurate, low power consumption CMOS voltage detector with a built-in delay circuit. It offers precise voltage detection with minimal temperature drift. Output configurations include CMOS and N-channel open drain. The integrated delay circuit eliminates the need for an external delay-time capacitor, enabling high-density mounting.
