Description
The XC6108 series is a highly precise, low power consumption voltage detector manufactured using CMOS and laser trimming technologies. The sense pin is separated from the power supply, allowing the IC to monitor an additional power supply. This separation ensures that the output maintains the detection state even when the monitored power supply voltage drops to 0V. Additionally, the built-in delay circuit enables the IC to provide an adjustable release delay time by connecting a capacitor to the delay capacitance pin. Both CMOS and N-channel open drain output configurations are available.
