XC17256EPC20I Overview
An interesting 20-LCC (J-Lead) package is used.The external packaging of Tube is made of Tube plastic.-40°C~85°C license holder.This device can be programmed using the OTP language.This device is fed with a voltage of 4.5V~5.5V which is applied to it.There is a memory device mounted in Surface Mount position for this device.The size of data storage is limited to 256Kb.For other related parts, search "XC17256E".In order for it to function, it requires a voltage supply of 5V.There are different functions that can be applied on the 20 axis when it comes to terminating.With 5.5V as the maximum voltage, the memory device can be used.4.5V must be the minimum voltage supplied to the device.FPGA is a CONFIGURATION MEMORY memory chip that we are talking about here.The temperature should be kept below 225 in reflow soldering.There are 20 pins on it.SERIAL-process memory transmits data.In order for a memory chip to operate, it must not be subjected to a voltage greater than 0.01mA.Parts include 20 pins.FPGA is a 15MHz-frequency memory IC.There is a configuration of COMMON for the memory's I/O.In order to obtain the best performance, it is recommended to use a 5V power supply.For better service, USED FOR STORING THE CONFIGURATION BITSTREAMS OF XILINX FPGAS is included.
