Description
The ULN2003B is a high-voltage, high-current Darlington transistor array. It consists of seven NPN Darlington pairs with high-voltage outputs and common-cathode clamp diodes for switching inductive loads. Each Darlington pair has a collector-current rating of 500 mA and can be paralleled for higher current capability. The ULN2003B has a 2.7-kΩ series base resistor for each Darlington pair, allowing for direct operation with TTL or CMOS devices.
