UCC5629FQPTR Overview
Termination with a 14 device, which matches the transmission line's characteristic impedance, is considered a 14 termination. Because of the low cost of its packages, the 48-LQFP is well known in the electronic industry. Packaging follows Tape & Reel (TR)'s material specifications.
