TLV0831: Single input channel
TLV0832: Multiplexed twin input channels
Serial output for interfacing with shift registers or microprocessors
Operates ratiometrically or with Vcc reference
Input range: 0 V to Vcc with Vcc reference
Inputs and outputs compatible with TTL and MOS
Conversion time: 32 us at f(CLK) = 250 kHz
Functionally equivalent to National Semiconductor ADC0831 and ADC0832 at 3 V supply
Total unadjusted error: ±1 LSB
