Description
TLC540IDWR Overview
The operating temperature range for this device is -40°C to 85°C, as specified by the JESD-609 Code e4. It is an ADC (Analog-to-Digital Converter) of the successive approximation type. The reference type can be either external or internal. The sampling rate is 75 ksps (kilosamples per second). The analog supply voltage is 5V. This ADC has 11 analog input channels.
