TLC277CP Overview
Surface Mount is a type of electronic component that is designed to be mounted directly onto a printed circuit board, without the need for additional wires or leads. In this case, the surface mount has a pin count of 8, meaning there are 8 pins that connect it to the circuit board. The operating supply current for this component is 1.9mA, which is the amount of current it requires to function properly. The architecture of this component is voltage-feedback, which means that it uses a feedback loop to regulate its output voltage. Each channel of this component has a maximum output current of 30mA and a voltage gain of 87.23dB. It also has a low-bias, meaning that it has a low offset voltage. The maximum input/output voltage for this component is 500μV, and the input offset current is a tiny 0.00006μA. This component is also ROHS3 compliant, meaning it is free from hazardous substances and safe for the environment.

The TLC272 and TLC277 precision dual operational amplifiers combine a wide range of input offset voltage grades with low offset voltage drift, high input impedance, low noise, and speeds approaching those of general-purpose BiFETdevices. These devices use Texas Instruments silicon-gate Linc Mos (TM) technology, which provides offset voltage stability far exceeding the stability available with conventional metal-gate processes. The extremely high input impedance, low bias currents, and high slew rates make these cost effective devices ideal for applications previously reserved for BiFET and NFET products. Four offset voltage grades are available (C-suffix and I-suffix types), ranging from the low-cost TLC272 (10 mV) to the high-precision TLC277 (500 uV). These advantages, in combination with good common-mode rejection and supply voltage rejection, make these devices a good choice for new state-of-the-art designs as well as for upgrading existing designs.
