Description
The THS1215 is a CMOS, low-power, 12-bit, 15 MSPS analog-to-digital converter (ADC) that operates with a 3.3-V supply. It offers complete flexibility with differential analog input, selectable gain (1.0 or 0.5), and a wide range of voltage references. The internal reference can be bypassed for an external reference to meet specific accuracy and temperature drift requirements. An out-of-range output monitors any input range violations.
