Description
The THS1041 is a CMOS, low-power, 10-bit, 40 MSPS analog-to-digital converter (ADC) that operates from a single 3-V supply. It offers flexibility with configurable input functions, including single-ended, single-ended with analog clamp, single-ended with programmable digital clamp, and differential. The built-in programmable gain amplifier (PGA) maintains SNR for small signals. The THS1041 provides adjustable internal voltage reference and supports both unsigned binary and 2s complement output formats. It also features an out-of-range indicator and power-down mode.
