TFPTL15L5001FL2B Overview
For protection, PTC thermistors are contained in Radial packages. To provide safety, these PTC thermistors are packaged in the Bulk. In general, the PTC thermistors should be set to -55°C as their minimum operating temperature. A thermistor must not operate at temperatures exceeding 70°C in order for it to function properly. The thermistor has a maximum of 2 pins. In the event that the PTC thermistors are operating, they can deliver 40V voltage. It is expected that the thermistor's maximum capability to transfer and conduct this power loss will be 100mW. A reliable operation of this thermistor depends on the maximum voltage supplied by it.
