TFPT0603L1001JV Overview
It is important to protect PTC thermistors from damage by placing them in 0603 (1608 Metric) packages. In order to protect themselves from damage, these PTC thermistors are packaged in the Tape & Reel (TR). 2 is the termination of the PTC thermistor. These thermistors have 2 pins. This power loss should be transferred and conducted by the thermistor to the circuit without overheating. Typically, this thermistor can deliver 30V voltage. Heat produced by PTC thermistors has been rated 0.075W.
