Description
TFPT0805L3301JM Overview
In order to protect the PTC thermistors from damage, they are packaged in 0805 (2012 Metric) packages. The PTC thermistors are packaged in the Tape & Reel (TR) for safety reasons. ldeally, the PTC thermistors should operate at -55°C. There must be no temperature above 150°C for this thermistor to function. In this thermistor, there are 2 pins. It is possible for PTC thermistors to provide voltages of 40V when they are operating. Ideally, this power loss can be transferred and conducted by the thermistor without it overheating. During normal operation, this thermistor supplies 40V voltage.
